I always find something impressive here. -- Jj I really enjoy this store, me and my husband have visted this store a few times because we live in lewiston but it is well worth our trip up to stop in. They are very welcoming and help us find what we are looking for. In fact we are planning a trip up with a dozen of our friends to play in there tournament due to there nice and friendly atmosphere. The layout of the store is to the point and well organized, everything is easy to see and find. The selection of comics, cards, and games is incredible. -- Alan The very first time I walked into the store was on a whim about 14 months ago. I am 33 and a business man, my focus is on my work and in my younger days was in love with comics and gaming. I have been in many stores around the world (literally) and the first thing I noticed when entering the store was how bright and clean it was! Usually stores of this nature are dimly lit and pieced together with second hand material and carries a miasma of gamer funk. It was so noticeably clean I commented to the store clerk and was introduced to very friendly and astute customer service. I was shown around the store and introduced to people with like interests. Coming back to Coeur d Alene after a long absence made me feel welcomed. I started an old hobby I hadn't touched in 20 years that day (Warhammer 40K) and have been playing there since. It has stayed consistent with every good experience I have had since my first day there and has actually improved! Tim Boal the owner who I have had the privilage of getting to know is an active owner who I found out has more experience in this industry than anyone you will find around here. (guaranteed) He is always accomodating to his patrons and takes great care of us because he likes to create an experience rather thatn a sale and I am convinced that if you give the store a look you will not only discover a great place to frequent but maybe a rekindled love for a great hobby. I read another comment written here that was negative and very surprised to read it. I encourage you to go and experience the store for yourself and meet the staff. They're great and know there stuff! -- T.O. Marcheso This Store is very impressive, large, clean well stocked with super knowledgeable staff. Weekly 40K tournaments on Wed. at 5pm large turnouts of 15 people or more. Always have a can do aptitude. Have always had my special orders in a week or less on any game or comic, really! -- Tukker I had a great time at this store. The gaming was excellent and the atmosphere was very hospitable. I've order a few times from this store and received my orders on time. I suggest going here for prime service. -- Alan M. This place is terrible. I'd avoid going there. I ordered a book (Paid in full) a month ago and they still haven't gotten around to ordering yet. Even though it's been out for awhile. They refuse to give me a refund and insist that they keep at least 25% because I am backing out of the order. -- A |
