Friendly staff. Helped me find everything I needed and believe me I had an obscure list of items. I don't know what other person is complain about I loved the shop and my experience there. He probably just has a bone to pick. Oh well, the world is full of hater who hide behind the internet. I highly recommend this shop. -- Pat Lefever Rude and unfriendly. Jester's Cap employees aren't shy about letting you know that you're not welcome. They are rude and indifferent and they let you know that you're bothering them when you walk into the store. They don't greet you. They don't help you and you have to tear them away from whatever they are doing just to get them to cash you out or get something from behind the counter for you. If you're not there with a fistful of cash to buy a ton of Magic cards or WarHammer minis, then they could care less about you. Even if you are, forget about asking for a place to paint or help assembling minis. -- Cernovog |
