ReviewsDidn't get to visit yet. Someone posted that the store is now closed and empty. Guess I never will... -- Matthew My son bought an RC car for $200. After 2 days he started having problems. The spur gear was chipped and the motor rattled badly. The battery would not stop charging and the rear wheel fell off. We returned it to the store and were initially told that they would send it back to the manufacturer. After inspecting it, the clerk then called the store owner who told us that they do not accept returns of any kind. There is nothing on the store window or the counter that indicates they do not accept returns. My son made the mistake of paying cash instead of using a credit card and as such, could not dispute the payment. We were also told that the RC had been abused but this was not the case. My son started having problems from the start and used it for less than 2 hours. This was a very disappointing purchase from a store who apparently knows nothing about the term "customer satisfaction". -- Johnny Blue |
