I placed an order on October 26, 2021 for DCG World at War #70: Great Pacific War / War Plan Orange (Wargame/Magazine) which indicated it was Available Stock: Ready Shelf. I still have not received it and sent an email to the support email inquiring about the delay. I still have not heard any response nor received the merchandise by mid-December. This does not match the reviews that have been given for the NWS Wargaming Store. What is happening?

Completely satisfied with your service, and mostly your prices...very reasonable. I ordered "Phantom Leader" received it about a week after placing my order, was able to track it from Florida all the way to my front door, I highly recommend NWS for gaming supplies.
