I love the mystikal keep. It definitely beats driving for an hour to get warhammer stuff. Their selection might not be huge but mike has always been great about ordering anything I ask him to. And as for the staff being rude I think that's totally not true. I've never had a problem there. Great local store.

I don't know what the reviewer above must have done to irritate the employees at the Keep, because they have always been informative, helpful, and quite generous. To receive obnoxious, and rude behaviour from these guys, you must be rude and obnoxious yourself (not an attack against "tom".) If you're into any of these games, and merchandise, the Keep is a good stop if you're in Hagerstown.

Been there tons of time and have always found the staff extremely helpful and willing to get what they didnt have for me. For the poster who said they were rude and obnoxious perhaps you get what you give...

Don't bother coming here. The employees have been rude and obnoxious both times I've gone there. They don't even have that good of a selection of stuff unless you play magic. Personally I would rather them get a new staff for me to shop here again.

This shop has moved to 18 W Franklin Hagerstown. It is only right around the corner and 1/2 a block or so from where it was.
