@Kelly Plamp - My name is Chad and I own Gamers Sanctuary. I am very sorry to hear that you had a less than pleasant experience while you were there. We do have a complete, live database of all our Magic singles indexed and online to make it easier for folks to shop for Magic singles as the ol' "diggin' through the binder/box" act got old really fast. This was done as a convenience for our customers and not as an "out" so that the staff didn't have to help you. I'm sorry that you were treated that way and I'd like to ask that, the next time you're in Flint, you give us a second chance to do a better job for you. I'm there most afternoons so the next time you're in, just ask for Chad.

I had a completely contrasting experience than the other reviewer. I had shown up to buy Warhammer miniatures(which they had a large display of), but unfortunately decided to do so during the sign-up phase of a Magic The gathering tournament. While it was crowded, and I did have to wait in line to purchase my goods, the guy who helped me was incredibly helpful and took his time checking me out and helping me put in an order for the stuff they didn't have in. I was very pleased with my experience. This is now probably going to my regular store for minis games.

I was very disappointed in this store. The man who "waited" on me was much busier talking on the phone and to other people than to me, even though I purchased over $100 in merchandise. I asked when they play magic and was told "it's all on our website". I noticed tons of cards and wanted to recreate a legacy deck I used to have, but when I asked about the used cards I was told "just go to our website, you can find them there". He could have sold me another $150-200 of used cards had he only taken some time to do so. This is a very cheesy store with poor service.
