Cashier AJ G is very very nice. Very knowledgable on RC products. I do however feel bad when I heard the owner yelling at him because he had oil on his shirt. He works with RC oil!! What should he have done?

I've shopped there since they opened years ago...can't say enough good things about both Betsy and Desiree. They support the local schools with gifts for tricky trays, they allow countless teens to play their wargames and compete in other entertaining ways, and they are knowledgeable about their toys, cars and suppliers. As Moms of kids themselves, they represent the lost art of small shop customer service, beyond just the 99ยข instant sale. (and, for Christmas 2011, the remote control "air-swimming" shark is awesome..! )

The owner Betsy was present when Donna Ross picked up a tank of water with Magic Growing Crystals in it and turned it upside down to read the price on the bottom.Ms Ross then walked away without saying anything until the owner Betsy discover the water dumped on and in all of the merchandise on the front counter. When the mess was discovered Ms Ross spoke up apologized and repeatedly berated the owner Betsy for not having a lid on the tank. As I assured you that day Ms Ross, whatever you spilled all over yourself is nontoxic but certainly not meant to be worn. I certainly apologize for being short with you.

Cashier Betsy very rude I accidentlly spilled water in tank on counter(no lid).I apologized, she ignored me and cleaned up very huffy. She then purposely waited on two people before me. Whatever was in tank has hardened on my pants.
